How classifieds work.
Who can place a classified?
Classifieds are reserved for residents of the respective community. We verify residency before your classified is published. Businesses looking to reach residents should request a media kit instead.
What does it cost?
Classifieds are flat-priced per insertion and intentionally affordable. Submit your ad through the reservation form and we'll confirm the current rate for your community with your reservation — before anything is billed.
When will my classified run?
In the next monthly issue, if reserved before that issue's deadline — we'll confirm the exact issue when we process your reservation.
What can I list?
Items for sale, items wanted, personal services, real estate and rentals, and announcements. Keep it neighborly — all classifieds are reviewed before publication.
