For advertisers
How do I get rates for a publication?
Request the media kit for your market and we'll email you a private link with current rates, ad sizes and dimensions, circulation, reader demographics, and the issue calendar. Request a media kit →
How much does an ad cost?
Rates vary by publication, ad size, and the number of issues you commit to — multi-issue programs carry meaningful savings. The media kit for your market has the exact numbers, current as of this issue.
How do I reserve space?
Start a reservation through our contact form. We confirm availability and send your insertion order for signature through a secure private link, within one business day. Space in each issue is limited and placements are honored in the order signed.
What are the deadlines?
Each issue has firm deadlines for new reservations, design requests, and final artwork approval. The current deadline calendar is included with your media kit and on every insertion order — and we send reminders before each one.
What is camera-ready artwork?
Your ad at the exact placement size, 300 dpi, in CMYK color. Full file-prep specs come with your media kit. If that sentence meant nothing to you — good news, we design ads too.
Can you design my ad?
Yes. Our designers build and refresh advertiser artwork every issue. Tell us when you reserve, and we'll schedule design time before your issue's deadline.
What is premium placement?
Preferred positions — covers, the table-of-contents page, and other high-visibility spots. Premium positions are limited and subject to availability; ask when you request your kit.
Do you verify advertisers?
Yes. Every advertiser certifies they hold the licensing and insurance required to operate lawfully in the jurisdiction where they advertise. Our client communities set the standards; we enforce them.
Can I buy a feature article about my business?
No — and that's good news for your ad. Our titles are official community publications; editorial is chosen on merit and is never for sale. Because readers trust the stories, they extend that trust to the advertisers beside them. Your placement performs better in a magazine whose content isn't bought.
Can my agency place on my behalf?
Yes — licensed agencies and PR firms place with us regularly. Identify yourself as an agency on any form and we'll route accordingly.
What if the spot I wanted is taken?
Placements go to the first signed reservation. If your spot is gone, we'll offer the nearest comparable position — and you can join the last-minute deals list to hear when space opens.
For residents
How do classified ads work?
Residents of Celebration (FL), Siena (Las Vegas, NV), and Solera at Anthem (Henderson, NV) can place low-cost classifieds in their community's magazine. We verify residency, review each ad, and run it in the next monthly issue if reserved by deadline. More on classifieds →
For associations & organizations
How is an official community magazine different from independent neighborhood publications?
An official magazine is selected by the community's Board of Directors and answers to the association. Editorial is chosen on merit — not sold as paid spotlights — the board approves every issue, and advertising supports the magazine without ever writing it. Independent publications answer to their own publisher and advertisers; official ones answer to you.
What does a community magazine cost the HOA?
For qualifying communities, local advertising fully funds the magazine — the association pays nothing. Where circulation or ad inventory can't cover cost, we present a transparent hybrid model before you commit. You will always know the number first.
Who owns and approves the content?
Your association. We propose, write, and design; your designated reviewer approves every issue before press.
Can you take over our existing publication?
Yes — without missing an issue. We've taken over tired publications and made them award winners.
Do we have to allow advertising?
No. Many of our client communities publish ad-free. Advertising is a funding option, not a requirement — you choose.
What areas do you serve?
Our community titles publish in Nevada, Arizona, and Florida, and we serve association and business clients across Texas and Colorado. For publishing services, we consult coast to coast.
